This Tuesday 8th March, 2022 is International Women’s Day and I am providing a platform for the video released by a group of very powerful women who are driving a new campaign to demand Safety, Respect and Equity for women.
Each of these women have a story – and the stories aren’t pretty. These women, just like millions of women around Australia and the world women have suffered injustice and worse. Strength is in numbers and the more this video gets shared, the more women’s stories will be heard. The politicians may then realise that if they don’t address women’s issues and take them seriously, they may fall at the upcoming election.
Women need to get loud. Women need to be heard.
Share this far and wide and pay attention to what the narrative around respect for women is at the next election – remember 51% of the population in Australia are women.
